The property is a listed Georgian building in the City, long-used as a centre for medical services & consulting rooms; it featured a range of tenancies, & supporting general services.
Hyatt was appointed to handle the sale of a long-leasehold interest in the property, together with the need for prior negotiation to provide for simultaneous purchase of the freehold.
It was clear that major investigatory work was needed as to structure, interiors, fabric & fittings. And, that detailed plans & schedules for action over a long period on provenance, & targeted improvements were required.
The complexity & range of tasks required intensive project management by Hyatt over a 2-year period.
Protracted final stage negotiations were also needed to bring matters to conclusion.
A satisfactory conclusion was achieved to an intensive & demanding project brief, pursued over the extended term.
Arising from market knowledge, Bob Hyatt was also able to identify potential purchasers for the vendors.
